The new Predator: If it Bleeds anthology comes out this week.
I got to write about a group of samurai fighting the “Oni of Aokigahara”. It came out pretty awesome. I got to do a few fun, interesting things, and I love writing samurai drama. My story is called Three Sparks.
So I have now officially written in the Aliens and Predators universes. Now I just need to write something official about the Terminator and I will own the 1980s!

Will have to check it out when it comes out on Audiobook.
Same here. I find that’s the only way I have time to read these days, is if I can listen while I do my day job. The time I’d normally devote to reading at night is taken up with writing.
Own the 80s? To do that, you’d need to write a crossover in the My Little Pony Generation 1 world.
Megan Williams is back to protect her four-legged friends. And this time, she’s bringing the firepower.
Oh, I hope if this happens, John DeLancie does the audiobook reading. Please please please.
Read it early this morning. Excellent!
Unrelated, but ran across this:
Might be useful as a start for research for the next MHI book
I believe he already did the Aswang – it was the one they hunted right before showing up in Las Vegas and Owen, et al were trying to seriously gross out everyone about it.
Oh, about the Ningen; there was something caught on video during the last big tsunami that hit Japan that people have speculated was a Ningen. Sort of similar in description; hazy solid-smoke appearance, etc.
“So I have now officially written in the Aliens and Predators universes”
Aren’t they supposed to be the same universe?
You don’t seem to have a Tips and Notes section (probably due to the fact that this isn’t about us communicating with you, but rather you communicating with us), so I’m just going to drop this here…
A lot’s been written about the left consuming itself, but you can watch it in action in the Kirkus review of “American Heart”. Read about it on NRO: http://www.nationalreview.com/article/452802/american-heart-novel-book-review-editor-caves-leftist-lunacy
Too funny..and yet, sad that there are those who are so morally un-moored they can’t discern true wrong from wrong-fun.
No mention of the Eighties may pass without a shout-out to Kung Fury!
It’s a documentary.
Welp, there’s another one for the Christmas list…
