Another stretch goal unlocked. We are at $81k, which beats the last MHI RPG Kickstarter’s total, and we’ve got one week left!
Our next stretch goal, we’ll be using the line art from the book before it is colored to compile a coloring book. This stretch goal is a direct result of you guys asking for a coloring book based upon the rough drafts of some of the early artwork we’ve shown. And we aim to please!
And after that the $100k stretch goal is the one that I’m really hoping we reach. It’s an upgraded action deck. Since Savage Worlds uses a deck of regular playing cards (it’s an awesome initiative system) we’re going to do a special deck of cards featuring MHI artwork. Hell, I want that just for poker night. (Okay, I don’t actually have a poker night, but if I did it would totally be like on Castle).

That would have been an awesome bit on Castle: a pretty typical heads+shoulders only set of shots, usual guys in the usual ‘playing poker’ posture, in the usual room, usual plot progressing banter, then finally someone says, “C’mon, Castle, are you in or not. You’re holding up the game.”
To which Castle replys, “*sigh* Fine.” Clatter of dice. “Yes! I’ve hacked the mainframe.”

I did this in a Christmas Noun a couple of years ago.
I put my pledge in. I am stretched thin with Cthulhu Wars Onslaught 3…Evil High Priest & Monster Hunter RPG. Just have to hope nothing else come up that I want to be a part of…or the wife will disown me 🙂
Just because, every time I see “RPG” I think “Rocket Propelled Grenade”, not “Role Playing Game”.
This goes double when it’s in proximity to something that expands to “Monster Hunter International”.
Because Monster Hunter International Rocket Propelled Grenade makes sense.
sorry that this is off topic, but i was reading dead six. during the part when lorenzo is playing chess with the evil terrorist dude, he mentioned that it was hard to pretend to be his buddy. i could not relate, and can totally see myself pull that off without any difficulty. am i not right in the head, or is this a character trait that lorenzo has?
