Jonathan Maberry is a great author, and we’ve traded short stories back and forth for each other’s projects. One of these just came out last week, and I had a lot of fun writing it.
The series is about a covert operative and his agency of bad asses who take care of mad science problems. There are a few leadership and support characters in there that are pretty fun, so I asked to write about some of those guys (Rudy and Mr. Church) dealing with the fallout of an operation gone wrong. It’s called Psych Eval, and it gets a little horrific. Plus I got to write it to a David Bowie soundtrack. You’ll see. 🙂
I’ll give it a try.
I’m about half way into it. It’s a great read.
Thank you, Larry. This has turned me on to a series I wouldn’t have found otherwise, as well as several authors who may deserve some of my patronage.
