  1. I’d ask you to visit oklahoma, but I suppose you burned that bridge with the grimnoir chronicles

  2. No SC… I understand that the rest of the U.S. thinks we’re illiterate hicks, but I promise I can read. Oh well…maybe I can find the time and money to go to Dragoncon this year.

      1. ConGregate. Was a good time.

Trying to convince the wife it’s okay to leave the kids with my mom-in-law and head down to ATL.

    1. Albany’s too far away? To my knowledge this is the first time an author of Larry’s caliber has visited “the rest of New York.”

      1. You are misinformed. World Fantasy Con will be in Saratoga Springs early November. Has been in “upstate” NY before . So lots of authors his caliber have been around upstate NY and will continue to visit.

  3. Alright, Pandemonium in Cambridge. Of course, it means braving Cambridge, but that might already be an matter/antimatter reaction between ILOH and the very special color blue that permeates the area.

  4. I’ll be at your November 7th signing in salt lake! I’d meet you at comic con, but I’m too busy that week. I tried to meet you and mike kupari after dead six and him coming back from overseas, but I got there just a few minutes before the store closed.

    1. He absolutely needs to visit Marquette, MI because that is where Nightcrawler went to NMU, my alma mater! I also worked at the Wal-Mart that Nightcrawler frequently got into scrapes in. Now I know where those bullet holes in my car came from…

  5. Yea! The International Lord of Hate is gonna be in Scottsdale Nov. 6th! That’s just down the road from me, so I will be there barring hell or high water or something unfortunate happening to me at Sasquan! I note that you are not yet on Poison Pen’s calendar, so get on them about that! I will spread the word to all your local fans.

    1. Because there are 50 states with several hundred cities to choose from, and only a couple of weeks to squeeze in signings after a new release. 🙂

I go where the publicist thinks I should go. I’ve been to both Texas and Colorado (and pretty much every other place mentioned) multiple times over the last few years.

      1. How do the publicists decide on where you go? Do they choose areas where your stuff sells more, or do they send you to areas where your stuff could benefit from the publicity? The ins and outs of the publishing industry are interesting to me, but you’re one of the few authors I follow who actually talk about it. Either way, I’ll be seeing you at Powell’s.

        1. It is a combination of things. Sometimes it is places where you sell really good, other times it is places they are hoping to boost. I’m guessing most of these are stores that sell a lot of my books and who report to different bestseller lists.

          1. BTW, congratulations on having one of your characters become an actual Warmachine mini. I don’t care if he will work for my Khador or not, I’m buying him on principal alone.

  6. I don’t know how Toadstool in Milford managed to score a signing, but I’m adding it to my calendar now.

    1. I added Milford to my calendar yesterday! They must have a good relationship with Baen, Lois McMaster Bujold was there a couple years ago.

  7. San Diego doesn’t really count for a visit to Kaliforniastan. When will you come back to the heart of the beast – San Francisco?

  8. No Virginia / DC region stops this go around. Oh well, maybe next time.

Although somehow I think this region would tremble at the thought of you being here – in the same region as Mr. Wright. -eg-

  9. So if I head down to BlizzCon earlier on Thursday rather than later, I could mosey on down to San Diego and pay you a visit? Cool! Don’t know how you’d sign my Kindle, though…

  10. Milford NH? Milford? Really? You couldn’t go to Nashua or Manchester or Portsmouth? Dang, well, it’s over an hour out of the way, we’ll see if I can get there.

  11. How much turtle grass do we need (in raw tonnage) to bribe Wendell into getting Larry Corriea to an event in Michigan?

  12. No South Carolina???..Well actually I can understand that but what about Charlotte NC or somewhere at least near enough to drive there and home again the same day.

  13. Is there a way to buy the Hardcover version of Son of the Black Sword before Oct so that I can have you sign it at SLC Comic con, or barring that can I buy the book from you signed and personalized?

  14. Larry, Why not pull a bit of romantic double-duty and swing a signing for you and the wife in Honolulu? To the practical woman, nothing says “I love you” like two tax-deductible tickets to paradise. (Just plantin’ a seed. Good luck.)

  15. Damn, I was hoping you’d be in LA so I could get something signed for Shadowdancer. Can’t get down to SD on a Thursday though.
