Hey bookstore staff, you want some bookplates?

I just signed 1,000 bookplates for Monster Hunter Alpha. I’ve got some left. Any of you that work at a bookstore, if you would like some, post your mailing address here with an approximate quantity that you would like.

  1. Alas, the Borders chain is closing its doors for good.

  2. Must one really work at a bookstore for this? ;)

  3. Hey Larry,

Thanks a heap for those bookplates! We’ve got MHI, MHV, and MHA all set up with a cool homemade sign (by one of our more artistic guys) and have ‘em piled next to HARD MAGIC at the Customer Service desk.

Can’t miss ‘em right off the main aisle!

Thanks again, man! And come down and sign for us if you ever get a chance! The local geek population would flip out!

  4. How about us poor teachers with 1000 book student libraries in our classroom?

  5. I work at B&N in Manchester CT and as I am a HUGE fan of your books (also helps I am a manger) your books are always in stock (with a few extra on the shelf). It would be great to hand out some book plates with your new book. I would take 20 if it’s not too much of a bother. The mailing address is Barnes & Noble, Attn: Loni Johnson 270 Buckland Hills Drive, Manchester, CT 06040. Thanks so much! And if you are ever in the area, feel free to stop by (you will get a girly squeal of happiness) and you can sign all of our stock! :)

  6. Larry, I received the plates you sent me and it had me all excited and dancing in my chair all day long. My boss had to be re-educated, several times, as why these were good things. All is good now! Thank-you so much!

  7. I would totally love a couple book plates, but alas, I’m not a book store owner.
