Local Book Signings coming up!

Saturday the 25th from 11:00-1:00 I’ll be at the Jordan Landing Barnes & Noble in West Jordan.  There will also be a ton of other writers there too, like Dave Farland, Tracy Hickman, John Brown, Eric Stone, Brad Torgersen, Jaleta Clegg, and I’m probably forgetting somebody.

Then we are going over to the Borders at State & 215 just south of mall from 2:00-4:00.

Even though this is a few days before the official release, I should have copies of MHV there to sell and sign.

Then on Thursday September 30th, come and see me at UVU for their annual Book Academy. This is an event open to anybody who wants to be a writer, and there will be a bunch of us doing workshops and classes. I’ll be teaching one about writing action sequences. (go figure…) And I’ll be doing a book signing at the UVU student bookstore.

Then on Saturday Oct 2nd, I’ll be doing a book signing at the Layton B&N.  From 12:00 to pretty much whenever I get tired or run out of books.  Everything I’ve done at this particular B&N has tended to go on extra long because of people showing up to visit. This is my home B&N. So come on by and say high.

Any chance of you ever venturing to the East Coast?

    Or Papua New Guinea?

I’m gonna see if I can’t swing by to say hey this Saturday since you’re in my area. Have you sign that ARC I suppose. Make fun of you a little. Use the lizard people I planted in the crowd to incite the mob. You know, the usual.

It will probably be close to 1pm though. So no leaving early.

Hi, wanted to jst check as I was curious and love the MH series. Is there any plan to get these stories made into movies?

I sold the options to Entertainment One. They’ve had the rights for a few years but haven’t gone into production. The rights expire at the end of 2014.
