The first 7 chapters were posted for free. If you purchased the e-book, you could get the first 14 chapters. If you’ve already purchased, you can now view up to chapter 21. The last 7 should be available next month when the paper books start to ship.

I’m kinda irritated, because my “first edition” as it were, has gone walkies.
I loaned it to a friend, who loaned it again etc… etc… and now no–one knows where it is.

I’ve read the first 7 chapters, but now I’m waiting for the full book. Reading such a page-turner piecewise would be torture. 🙂
